Crane Environmental Services offers a wide range of services to serve your residential or commercial needs. We believe in rapid response when our clients call, resulting in meeting extraordinary deadlines.
CES provides a variety of asbestos and lead services for owners of older buildings that have suspect materials. Our team of licensed, qualified inspectors are prepared to meet your asbestos and lead inspection needs.
Many homeowners store materials in their home and garage that have potential to emit harmful volatile organic compounds (VOCS). VOCs evaporate into the air when the products are used or sometimes even when they are stored. Unfortunately, these chemicals can impact indoor air quality.
CES takes pride in thoroughly researching a property in order to help our clients limit liability and not inherit environmental problems. We realize our clients need and help them understand the potential risk they might be incurring when purchasing or transferring a property.
CES understands the importance of preserving water resources. We recognize that no two sites are the same and we work with clients to develop erosion control plans that meet regulatory guidelines while at the same time are cost-effective.
We understand the importance of permitting in the project timeline and use our extensive regulatory experience to help clients receive necessary permits in a timely manner. Over the years, we have helped clients obtain the necessary approvals for wetland and stream mitigation plans, wetland removal permitting, and Waters of the U.S. dredging projects.
CES helps clients assess, characterize, and remediate soil and groundwater issues. We have also assisted clients and concerned property owners assess potential vapor intrusion issues to ensure the spaces in which they live and work are healthy.
Construction Materials Testing (CMT) and Inspection is one of our new specialties. Our training and variety of equipment has us well prepared to continue to serve our heavy highway prime contractors, utility installation primes, and our private project contractors. We are proud to be an integral part of building Interstate 69 through Indiana.
