What I appreciated most was the honesty of the company and of Caprice. If she didn't know an answer to a question, she simply said she would check into it and get back to me - which she did. The integrity of doing what she said she would do speaks volumes. I also appreciated Ellen's willingness to answer my many questions as well as coaching me on what to be aware of when trades came to the site. Will definitely recommend Crane as often as we can!
